Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically targeting milestones and innovations for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing, to predict future market shifts.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and integrate emerging technologies into existing systems.
- Risk Management: Assess the feasibility and risks associated with future tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data analytics tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current tech stacks and identify disruptive technologies with high potential.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
