Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite and ecosystem.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core legacy systems.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and robust security for enterprise-grade deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle to prevent bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Next-Gen AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural networks.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA).
