Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and articulate the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that can withstand the demands of next-gen applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers on advanced methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Algorithms, Neural Interfaces).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
