Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for upcoming product cycles, focusing on scalability and innovation.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for the 2026 product line.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- System Optimization: Oversee the architecture of high-performance systems capable of handling billions of requests.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or Robotics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system architecture.
- Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving them to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
