Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and quantum computing integration.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategy.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for emerging technologies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof cloud infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and delivering results on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
