Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuro-interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of elite engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype next-generation solutions.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Synthetic Biology integration) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the architectural design of secure, scalable, and resilient systems capable of handling future data loads.
- Establish best practices for innovation management and R&D processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Architecture, or Strategic Technology Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and technical teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical executives.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks or high-performance computing environments is a major plus.
