- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, ensuring our architecture is scalable, future-proof, and aligned with global trends.
- Quantum-Ready Architecture: Design and implement systems that are pre-adapted for quantum computing integration and post-quantum cryptography.
- Predictive AI Systems: Oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of self-improvement and complex decision-making by 2026.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Architect high-performance cloud environments that handle exabyte-scale data throughput with zero latency.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior architects and driving technical excellence across the organization.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for bleeding-edge technologies including Blockchain 3.0 and Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
