Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable computing infrastructure
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Prototype neural-symbolic AI systems with explainable interfaces
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough human-computer interaction paradigms
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent with 5+ years in quantum/AI systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in quantum computing from IBM/Google/D-Wave
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
