Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop a comprehensive 3-5 year technical roadmap focused on the 2026 era, identifying key technology trends and integration points.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and prototyping for emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, decentralized web) to assess feasibility and business value.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI-driven decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional product teams.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry shifts and implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
