Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems integrating Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing frameworks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic chips, AGI) and assess their viability for integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic visions.
- Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to high standards of security, scalability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Futurism roles.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience leading technical strategy and roadmap planning for enterprise-level applications.
- Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and mentoring senior engineering talent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
