Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across all production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous standards for code review, testing, and documentation to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
