Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and AI systems focused on 2026 technological trends.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance standards are met across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of global technology shifts to advise leadership on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech stacks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
