Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Innovation Evangelism: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to integrate new tech stacks into legacy systems.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring senior technical staff and hiring top-tier talent.
- Risk Management: Assess the technological risks of new initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage partnerships with key technology vendors and AI solution providers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
