Job Description
We are on the frontier of technological evolution, and we are looking for a visionary Future Systems Architect to define the infrastructure of tomorrow. As we prepare to launch our flagship quantum-enhanced AI platforms in 2026, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical physics, advanced machine learning, and scalable cloud architecture.
In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the very fabric of our next-generation computing environment. You will work with a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists to build solutions that are resilient, intelligent, and built for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance hybrid architectures that integrate classical AI models with quantum computing protocols for 2026 readiness.
- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure aligns with emerging industry standards and futuristic computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in distributed neural networks and quantum processing units.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and R&D teams to translate complex scientific concepts into robust, deployable software solutions.
- Coding Excellence: Write clean, secure, and maintainable code in high-level languages such as Python, Rust, and Go, while ensuring compatibility with quantum hardware interfaces.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior architects and engineers to grow their expertise in emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Computational Theory or Quantum Information.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Programming: Strong command of Python, C++, or Rust, with experience building high-performance systems.
- Quantum Awareness: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq), and the challenges of integrating quantum hardware into classical workflows.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system failures and design fault-tolerant architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
