Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of long-term system architectures that integrate AI, IoT, and blockchain technologies.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead experimental projects to validate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI agents, neural interfaces) before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Scalability Strategy: Ensure all systems are built with future-proof scalability in mind, capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding senior engineers and mentoring junior talent in advanced architecture patterns.
- Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security protocols that align with future regulatory landscapes and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
