Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen quantum-classical hybrid architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-continental deployment of fault-tolerant quantum networks with 99.999% uptime
- Develop neuromorphic computing frameworks enabling real-time trillion-parameter AI models
- Architect decentralized AI governance systems ensuring ethical algorithmic transparency
- Optimize post-quantum cryptographic protocols for global financial infrastructure
- Coordinate with ISO 2026 standards committee for emerging tech compliance
- Mentor quantum engineering fellows through our Future Leaders Initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 8+ years in systems architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-classical integration (2019-2023)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record deploying fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum advantage roadmaps
- Security clearance for national quantum infrastructure projects
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#, Quil)
