In this role, you will define the architectural blueprints for next-generation AI integration, sustainable computing, and quantum-ready software systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI processing.
- Define the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies (Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to be implemented by 2026.
- Establish and enforce rigorous AI ethics protocols, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in automated decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate complex solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Conduct deep-dive research into the feasibility of quantum computing applications for commercial use cases.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership to communicate technical vision and impact.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with demonstrable experience in machine learning libraries.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major architectural transitions and digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
