- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy and roadmap for our core platform, aligning technical decisions with long-term business goals and future market trends.
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust distributed systems capable of handling massive scale, integrating advanced Generative AI models seamlessly.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, edge computing) and prototype solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Drive System Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices and cloud-native environments, ensuring zero-downtime transitions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-performance engineering.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience designing high-throughput distributed systems.
- AI & Machine Learning: Proven track record of integrating AI/ML workflows into production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and make data-driven architectural decisions.
