Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our core product lines, integrating emerging technologies like Quantum-ready algorithms and advanced Neural Networks.
- System Design & Scalability: Architect robust, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and AI researchers to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure 99.999% uptime and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Security & Compliance: Implement zero-trust security architectures and ensure all 2026 systems comply with global data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Machine Learning pipelines into production environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and architectural blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
