Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical architecture for 2026-era software solutions, with a focus on AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
- Lead the design of cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain code quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding Quantum Readiness and Generative AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and AI model integration.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and system security.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
