Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future growth.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Spearhead the migration and optimization of our AWS and Kubernetes environments to support high-throughput AI workloads.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing, into our existing product suite.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict cybersecurity standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in modern CI/CD pipelines.
- AI Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design resilient systems.
