Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable system frameworks for next-generation AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for autonomous agent coordination.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructures to 2026-ready, decentralized cloud architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems theory.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing simulation or post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging technologies.
