Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the operational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models and autonomous agents into core product ecosystems.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-generation automation technologies.
- Conduct rigorous architectural assessments to ensure system resilience, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.
- Optimize data pipelines and processing latency for real-time decision-making applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems from concept to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices in distributed systems.
