Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and distributed ledgers
- Published research in future technology convergence (2018-2023)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development frameworks
- Certification in Futuristic Systems Planning (FSP) or equivalent
