Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Information Systems
- Certification in blockchain development (Hyperledger/Ethereum)
- Published research in Nature/Science on computational systems
- Experience leading $10M+ digital transformation projects
- Deep knowledge of NIST quantum security frameworks
