- Prototype and validate emerging technology solutions
- Establish governance models for decentralized autonomous organizations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and quantum-resistant cryptography

- Certification in Quantum Software Engineering (QSE) or equivalent
