Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 strategic roadmaps across 3+ industry verticals including AI integration, sustainable infrastructure, and quantum computing adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavior patterns to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business transformation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams using agile methodologies and design thinking principles
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems to track strategic progress and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government entities, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, biotech, and clean energy systems
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSO) or equivalent professional development
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major business platforms
