- Develop scenario-based frameworks to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Present future intelligence to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
