- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technological and societal impact
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging tech research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures with multi-year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with Python and advanced analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for disruptive ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market strategy
