Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of complex cloud infrastructure for high availability.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including quantum computing and edge AI.
- Define best practices for code quality, security, and performance engineering.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems in high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
