- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development initiatives, ensuring we are ahead of industry standards and competitive threats.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders to access cutting-edge knowledge.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven history of strategic planning and execution.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and futuristic tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
