Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Prototype & Innovate: Lead R&D initiatives to build proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies, ensuring scalability and feasibility.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols that are future-proof against evolving cyber threats and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML paradigms, blockchain fundamentals, or quantum computing principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
