- Technical Strategy & Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, establish coding standards, and drive technical decision-making aligned with the company's 2026 vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, optimize latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on large-scale enterprise solutions and cloud infrastructure.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning model deployment (MLOps) and large language model integration.
