Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap in alignment with company vision and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (CTO, CMO, CFO) to integrate long-term strategic goals into operational planning.
- Predict and prepare for disruptive market shifts, ensuring business resilience and agility.
- Present complex strategic scenarios to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Identify and prototype potential future products or service lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends (AI, Automation, Web3, etc.) and their business implications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field is preferred.
