Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems designed for AI workloads.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business applications with a focus on security and efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for the engineering team to ensure 2026-readiness.
- Optimize system performance and latency for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
