Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems with a focus on autonomous agents and Generative AI by 2026.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in high-volume data environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
