- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI models, neural networks, and deep learning systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies and trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from prototype to production deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product and executive teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
