Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models and neural network infrastructures for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the research and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications with a focus on safety and interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate abstract AI concepts into tangible software solutions.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in high-concurrency environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern data science stacks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI models to production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
