Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems designed to operate seamlessly in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant AI models integrating with legacy infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all new deployments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for high-volume real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
