Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of scaling to millions of concurrent users by 2026.
- Model Strategy: Lead the research and integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish protocols for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading AI architecture initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
