Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing and low-latency environments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching quantum-inspired algorithms and neuromorphic computing approaches.
- Ensure AI ethical standards, transparency, and fairness across all deployed models and datasets.
- Design robust, fault-tolerant data pipelines capable of handling exabytes of real-time global data streams.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product strategists to align technical roadmaps with the company's 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision with a focus on generative models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
