Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term technical goals with business objectives.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and distributed microservices architectures.
- Lead architectural reviews and technology selection for high-impact projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and ethical AI practices.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
