Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing complex datasets for 2026 market demands.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to define and execute technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and ethical AI frameworks.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience in designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
