The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical, scalable engineering solutions. We need a leader who can think several years ahead, ensuring our systems remain robust and innovative in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in deploying state-of-the-art Machine Learning models into production.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure security, reliability, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, edge AI) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
