Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive, multi-year operational strategy that aligns with our company vision for 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, predictive analytics) to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes that eliminate waste and maximize agility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential future risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term success and track progress against the 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and translating complex visions into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business operations.
