- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision, detailing long-term goals for technology integration and workforce transformation.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and remote work dynamics.
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that prepare the organization for the rapid pace of digital evolution.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and talent acquisition teams on future readiness.

Qualifications
