Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive vision for the company's future, focusing on AI integration, remote work evolution, and digital transformation.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze global technology trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts to identify strategic opportunities.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for future products.
- Talent & Culture Strategy: Design workforce strategies that prepare our employees for the skills required in the year 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree: MBA or Master’s in Strategic Management, Future Studies, or Technology Management preferred.
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level technology consulting.
- Data Fluency: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to forecast market trends.
