- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, ensuring our workforce is prepared for the future of work.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, securing buy-in for new initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic deployment of budget and resources toward high-ROI future-tech projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, machine learning trends, and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans with a specific focus on future-state scenarios.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and articulate clear, compelling strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
