Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead strategic foresight workshops to identify emerging trends and risks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the vision for future tech stacks.
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI Agents, Quantum Computing).
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategic futurists and engineers.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological disruption.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or Product Management.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
