We are looking for a visionary Future of AI Lead to define our technology roadmap for the year 2026. As we stand on the precipice of the next major technological leap, you will be responsible for architecting the systems and strategies that will power our operations and products. You will work directly with our CTO and executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native microservices infrastructure.
- Establish a framework for AI Ethics and Governance, ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to keep Vertex Dynamics ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical roadmaps into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
